WRKCS.net's new SPAM Bouncer feature allows you to block unwanted email messages BEFORE they ever reach your inbox and waste your time downloading messages you don't want. This is another of the many planned feature enhancements for WRKCS.net users.

  • Convenient, centralized management from the WRKCS.net online account management tool here.
  • Review of last 5 days of blocked messages with features to move message to inbox and/or allow sender or delete message(s).
  • View and modify a list of allowed senders (who would ordinarily be blocked by the SPAM Bouncer rules).
• Enabling the SPAM Bouncer
  • Call Customer Service during normal business hours (listed at the top of this web page) at 888-975-2727 or in DuBois or surrounding communities 375-9130.
  • Send an email to sysadmin@wrkcs.net and your request should be processed withing 2-4 business hours.
  •  Enable the SPAM Bouncer via the account management tool here.
• Current SPAM Bouncer limitations.
  • The WRKCS.net SPAM bouncer is only available for dialup users primary email accounts, including aliases. We are working on adding this feature for additional email accounts soon.
  • We only hold the last 5 days of blocked mail for review. If we held more it would drastically increase (2 to 5 or more times) the storage required for email messages.
  • This feature is currently unavailable for virtual domain email accounts, but this should be resolved soon as well.
