*Un-metered dialup Internet Access accounts are subject to the following restrictions;
- If you sign up utilizing a promotional rate your rate will change to the standard rate at your first renewal.
- The account must be in active use when connected, you may not use a program that is designed to circumvent, or by it's design circumvents our idle timeout.
- When an account is idle for 20 minutes our modems will disconnect you.
- Your account will be disconnected after 18 continuous hours of use. In the event you were actively using it you may immediately redial.
- You may not host an FTP or any other type of download site via your dialup connection.
- All accounts are subject to all of our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy, please review them and our other policies here.

**Limited dialup Internet Access accounts are subject to the following additional restrictions;
- No paper bills will be generated, all billing is via email. Autopay via credit card or checking account debit (coming soon) is suggested.
- Time used over 10 hours will be charged at $1.00 per hour or part thereof. You are responsible for all usage of your account so please be sure to keep your password secure!
- Paper statements may be requested for any month by calling customer service. A clerical processing charge of $2.00 per statement will be charged to your account.
- All of the restrictions that apply to the Un-metered accounts also apply to the limited account
