This is an ideal solution for hosting high performance e-commerce or other database driven sites on high performance servers that are fully managed and maintained by WRKCS.net. • Physical security - No one other than authorized WRKCS.net personnel will have physical access to our data centers. We employ state of the art alarm systems to protect our data centers (including intrusion, fire, temperature and power monitoring reported to a certified security monitoring center).
• Software Security - All patches and security fixes are installed by WRKCS.net on a regular basis.
• Hardware Maintenance - All dedicated server hosting solutions include all hardware maintenance necessary to keep the equipment running.

• Software update and patch installation is available on a time and materials basis for custom or customer supplied software.
• Hardware troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrade services are available on a time and materials or contract basis. Rates are based on hardware configuration and age.
• Security auditing services are available for non WRKCS.net supplied software on a time and materials basis.
• Enhanced performance and security monitoring services are available on a contract basis, pricing is based on hardware and software configuration.
• Off-site and fire-resistant backup media storage options are available. Rates are based on backup rotation frequency and volume of media involved.
