The WRKCS.net Community Editor Program is designed to help the communities we serve have a home (and voice) on the Internet. We knew it was necessary to have a community editor who lived in the community so we decided to offer an incentive to those who wish to create the sites by offering them free Internet access. The details of the program are found below.

• Local communities needed a home on the Internet to showcase their communities strengths and unique features.
• There are individuals who want to help, but it would only be fair if it didn't cost them anything to post such a Website.
• WRKCS.net is interested in helping the communities that we serve and therefore launched the Community Editor Program, the terms of which are;
1. The Community Editor must live in, or in close proximity to, the community.
2. The Editor must maintain the Community Page on a regular basis and keep it up to date.
3. We will provide a free Internet access account to each Community Editor, and each will get a second email address (e.g. dubois-editor@wrkcs.net) to use for email related to the site.
4. We will provide a seperate Webspace for the Community Page site on our servers (e.g. www.wrkcs.net/brookville).
5. The Community Page cannot contain content that is in violation of the WRKCS.net Terms and Conditions of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy.
