WRK Technologies, Inc. agrees to provide refunds as detailed below.

1. Definitions
   1. We, Us and Our refers to WRK Technologies, Inc.
   2. You and Your refers to the party signing this contract and anyone acting on their behalf or under their authority.
   3. Suspended - An account that is made inactive by WRKCS.net due to non-payment of amounts due WRKCS.net.
   4. Canceled - An account that has been deleted by WRKCS.net either at the customer's request, or due to non-payment of fees due WRKCS.net

   5. On Hold - An account that has been temporarily put on hold at the request of the user (for a vacation etc), certain charges may apply during the period during which the account is On Hold..
2. Refunds
   1. Refunds of the full amount paid for dial-up service will be made in the event that the new user cancels their service within the first five days of service, subject to the following restrictions;
      • The user must not have canceled service with WRKCS.net any time within the last 24 months, and
      • the user must cancel the account by calling customer service or stopping in at one of our stores, during normal business hours, within 5 days of signing up, and,
      • the user must provide us with the reason for canceling the service, and,
      • the user must not have had us set up their computer in our shop at no charge, if they have they will be responsible for payment of one month's service fee, any additional amount will be refunded.
   2. Refunds are available for user initiated account cancellations only. Refunds are not offered for other cancellations (AUP, DMCA or Terms and Conditions of Service related cancellations).
   3. Refunds are not made for referral service credits or promotional or other free months given as a part of a package.
   4. Refunds are limited to entire unused months and are prorated as follows;
      • Less than 1 month until the next payment would be due - No refund will be given.
      • More than 1 month until the next payment would be due and the account is current - Refunds are calculated by subtracting the total of the number of months used multiplied by the current monthly rate from the amount paid at the beginning of the current service term. Refunds under $1.00 will not be made.
   5. Refunds will be made by credit card for payment made via credit card, all other refunds will be made by check.
   6. Refunds for payments made by check will not be issued until such time as we can confirm that your check has cleared.
   7. User will still be responsible for any additional amounts due such as toll free per minute charge, etc. In the case where additional charges are due such charges will be subtracted from the refund.
   8. We will issue your refund as soon as reasonably possible.
   9. Refund checks will be mailed to your last known address unless other arrangements are made with customer service at the time of cancellation.
